Privacy policy

What this site collects, why, and who it's shared with. The short version: very little.

Last updated November 8, 2026

01The short version

  • No advertising trackers, and no cookies used for tracking.
  • If you use the contact form, I receive your email address and message so I can reply.
  • Analytics are anonymous page-view counts.
  • I never sell your data.

02What I collect

When you contact me. The contact form sends me your email address, a subject and your message. If you email me directly or book a call, I receive whatever you include, such as your name, company and project details.

When you browse. I use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't identify you or follow you across other sites. It records anonymous details such as the page, the referring site, your country, and your browser and device type.

Spam protection. To stop spam, the contact form keeps a count of messages from your IP address for 10 minutes. After that, the count is deleted automatically.

Server logs. Like most websites, the hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses and requests, to keep the site running and secure.

03How I use it

I use your information only to:

  • reply to your enquiry and send quotes
  • do the work you've hired me for, and send invoices
  • understand which pages people visit so I can improve the site
  • keep the site secure and free of spam

I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask me to.

04Who it's shared with

I share data only with the services that run this site, and only as much as each one needs:

  • Vercel: hosting and anonymous analytics
  • Resend: delivers contact form messages to my inbox
  • Upstash: stores the temporary spam-protection counter
  • Cal.com: handles call bookings, under its own privacy policy
  • Framer, Contra and Dodo Payments: handle shop checkout and payments. I never see your card details.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. I'll share information with authorities only if the law requires it.

05Embedded content and links

Some parts of the site show content from other services, such as Dribbble shots and what I'm listening to on Spotify. That content is fetched by my server, so your browser doesn't send your data to those services just because you visit. When you click a link to another site, that site's own privacy policy applies.

06How long I keep it

  • Enquiry emails stay in my inbox for as long as they're useful for our conversation, or until you ask me to delete them.
  • Client project records and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • Spam-protection counters are deleted after 10 minutes.
  • Analytics are kept in aggregated, anonymous form.

07Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal information I have about you. You can also withdraw consent you've given. Email krutik@infinitylinkage.com and I'll reply within 30 days.

If you're in India, the EU or the UK, these rights are also protected by law (the DPDP Act and the GDPR), and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

08Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 18.

09Changes and contact

If I change how I handle data, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
